A Wide Range of Acute & Chronic Care Exposure

The Department of Medicine and Allied Specialties has evolved into a state-of-the-art facility, employing advanced teaching methodologies to ensure excellence in both diagnostic and clinical education. The department encompasses all major medical specialties, providing exposure to a wide range of acute and chronic conditions that enhance the learning experience for medical students.
A fully functional, well-equipped, and expertly staffed Medical Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is also in operation at Punjab Rangers Teaching Hospital, offering critical care services for severely ill patients.
The department is headed by Brig. (R) Dr. Muhammad Tahir, who brings a wealth of experience in clinical practice and medical education.
